Fi-Clor Stain and Scale Inhibitor has been specially developed to help prevent staining by dissolved minerals, especially where the water is discoloured or where levels of iron, copper and manganese are known to be too high. It can also help prevent the formation of scale and rough deposits on pool surfaces.
Use this product to prevent staining and scaling, if pool surfaces have already been stained or scaled use Fi-Clor Stain and Scale Remover.

How to use Fi Clor Stain and Scale Inhibitor:

• Calculate the volume of water in your pool, to enable distribution of the correct dosage, which as a guide is 1kg per 11,000 gallons of pool water dosed weekly or fortnightly near the pool inlets.
• Maintain a pH of between 7.2 & 7.6.
• If the levels of dissolved metals exceed 1.5 ppm, double the dose.
• If in doubt about the levels of dissolved minerals in you pool, take a sample of pool water to your pool dealer for analysis.
• Any haziness in the water should be removed by treating with a water clarifier.Always read the manufacturers instructions carefully.
