Outdoor Swimming Pool Airdome Enclosure

Rather than rely on the Great British Weather all of the time you can ensure your swimming pool is usable throughout the summer with one of our superior Airdomes.

Supplied with a controllable air fan, using as little energy as a 100watt light bulb, our Airdomes will extend the amount of time you will be able to use your swimming pool turning it in to a Sub Tropical Paradise.

Not only will you be able to enjoy your pool on cloudy cooler days but also this will provide additional swimming time for those early morning and late evening dips.

If we are lucky enough to have a Sunny Spell you can take your Airdome down in under 2 hours and have your open-air pool back.

There are two different types, the Cable Type Airdome and the Water Bag Airdome;

Cable Type Airdome
The Cable Type Airdome has a plastic coated steel cable welded into a reinforced PVC sleeve that runs continuously around the perimeter of the base of the dome. This is attached at intervals to the swimming pool surround by eyebolt fixing anchors and quick release carbine hooks.
This well proven system requires a good 0.15m thick foundation such as a concrete surround or paving set on concrete to provide adequate strength for the fixing anchors-all fixings are supplied. A Cable Type Airdome can be easily removed for the summer months; all fixings can be completely removed to leave the surrounding area clear.

Water Bag Airdome.
The Water Bag model now has 6 water tubes that are held in a reinforced PVC sleeve that runs continuously around the perimeter of the structure. This provides enough weight to hold the Airdome in position, seal the base of the dome with the surround, and is suitable for sheltered pool areas only. Water bag Airdomes require no drilling or fixing of any kind, making them very quick and easy to install. Filling the water bags is a simple operation, using a garden hose to fill each one in turn from the mains water supply. The maximum recommended size for a water bag Airdome is 8m x 13m (26' x 24'). Requires a flat stable surface.
Choice of colours
Cable and Water Bag Airdomes are available in blue tint, bronze or clear material with a reinforced roof. All Airdome materials are made from tough UV stabilised PVC.
Tailor made to suit
Cable and Water Bag Airdomes can be tailored to suit individual needs. Pools that have irregular shaped surround areas or need one end rounded off rather than the standard rectangular shape can be catered for.
Safe and secure
If you have children or pets, an unprotected swimming pool can be a constant worry. An Airdome provides a physical barrier around your pool that is difficult to penetrate. It will also keep out the vast majority of leaves and debris, leaving your pool clean and ready to use with the minimum of fuss.
Quiet fan unit
The heart of an Airdome is the fan unit. Housed in a fibreglass box the fan is extremely quiet and cheap to run, costing no more than a 100watt light bulb!
Zipper Doors
Each Airdome has two zipper doors for access, positioned to the customer's requirements, one standard and wide opening 'L' type.
Pressure Control System
The system is fully controllable to adjust the pressure within the dome.
