By placing your order you are confirming you have read, understand and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to sign for delivery of your goods in the correct way by stating OK, Missing Items, Damaged Items or Un-checked. If you have signed for damaged goods we would expect that you contact Oasis Pool Products by telephone as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your delivery. Failure to comply with any of the following terms and conditions could lead to additional charges or costs.

At Oasis Pool Products we are constantly updating our stock levels and checking prices against our competitors. Unlike some shopping sites, we do not claim to always be the cheapest but we do make sure we blend competitive pricing with 1st Class service and only stock proven, quality products. We stock an extensive range of pool cleaners, pool covers, pool filters, pool heaters, pool liners, pool pumps and pool chemicals etc However if you require a product which you cannot find on this site, please contact us and we will be pleased to source what you require or provide alternatives. The same applies if you have any technical problems with the use of this site, we would ask that you contact us and report your problem and enable us to improve our service to you the customer.
At Oasis Pool Products we have invested considerable time and effort into making this shopping site easy to use and easy to locate the products you require within the site. We also understand your need for as much information as possible concerning each product and again we have added as much detail as we consider necessary to allow you to make a purchase, confidant that you are buying exactly what you require. If we have missed something or you think we can improve our service to you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to make the improvement needed. Once you have located what you require simply "Add to Cart" and on completion of your shopping simply follow the easy to understand instructions within the "Check-Out".
We accept most major credit cards and you may make your payment using your credit card within our secure check-out using HSBC Secure ePayments, Paypall or via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet and we will also accept cheques sent via post (Goods only dispatched following clearance of any cheque payment).
If the item you order is out of stock we will notify you immediately and place the item on back order.
Purchases made from within the UK are subject to VAT which has been added to the advertised prices at the current UK rate of 20% and all prices advertised are in pounds Stirling (GBP). Once you have made your purchase the shopping cart will automatically separate the VAT and show it as a separate item within the order review for your information.
Oasis Pool Products reserve the right to change prices without notice on any product or service advertised within this shopping site. If, however, you have already placed an order at the old price then Oasis Pool Products offers you, the consumer, the right to cancel your complete order at no cost to you.
Oasis Pool Products are offering convenient, secure, worry free on-line payments using HSBC Secure E-Payments and Paypall, and can report that they have never had a security problem of any kind during their many years of trading. They are, however, aware that some of their customers prefer to place their order by telephone and make payment over the phone. Our customer service representatives are waiting for your call during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 9.00am till 4.00pm except Bank Holidays, and we are happy to provide this service to you.
We will provide you with written confirmation of the receipt of your order immediately, but would stress that due to the possibility of a mistake in pricing or the continued availability of any product we do not enter into any form of contract to supply the goods until we have raised the Invoice. We can assure you that we will contact you immediately if their exists a problem and will refund any payment made by you in the event of any such problem and the revised price or delivery lead-in time not being acceptable to you.
Oasis Pool products are registered as part of the ‘Buy with Confidence Scheme’ which is run in conjunction with Kent County Council and Trading Standards. Under the scheme P.A. Hollingworth & Co Ltd trading as Oasis Pool Products are audited by Trading Standards on an annual basis for their commitment and suitability to be members of the scheme along with their ability and commitment to operate in a legal, honest and fair way.

All outside UK mainland orders will be subject to additional delivery costs and you will be notified if these additional costs and refunded if you do not wish to accept them.
We regret that due to carrier charges delivery to addresses in the Scottish Highlands are liable for extra charges. The Scottish Highlands are defined by our carriers as being in the following postcodes;

PA - 34, 37, 38 & 39
PH - 19-26, 30-40, 41 sector 4, 49 & 50
Oasis Pool Products reserves the right to charge additional delivery if required, and we will notify you immediately of any changes in delivery costs and will refund your payment if you do not wish to accept any such additional costs.
At Oasis Pool Products we carry a stock of most of the items advertised within this shopping site and you should allow 2-4 working days delivery time, however, we will endeavour to dispatch your purchase the same day if your order is received before 12.00 noon and in most cases you will receive your order next day. If you order an item which is not stocked, temporarily out of stock, a special order or an item which will be shipped direct from the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately and given a specific delivery date of up to 28 working days from date of placing the order. Due to the movement of hazardous chemicals regulations some chemical products cannot be shipped together and also couriers can only transport restricted quantities of chemicals, for this reason some delivery times can vary by 1 or 2 days but we would stress that it is completely out of the control of Oasis Pool Products.
Most deliveries are made via our appointed couriers and they will require a signature from you at the point of delivery, in particular under the handling of hazardous chemicals legislation, chemicals can only be delivered if signed for. If you are unable to sign for receipt of your goods (Other than chemicals) then you must instruct us in writing with your order and we will instruct our couriers to make a delivery to an alternative designated location where the goods can be delivered and a signature gained. Some products such as pool kits or boilers will be delivered to your road side only and will require someone in attendance to assist in off loading and removal from the road. In these instances we will be able you give you delivery dates and some idea of time although not exactly what time. Be sure to check your items before signing or alternatively sign as UN-CHECKED. Oasis Pool Products or their couriers will not be held responsible for damaged or missing items unless you follow this procedure closely and we cannot claim loss or damage from our couriers if you have not signed as damaged, missing items or unchecked. Any damage no matter how slight should be noted and signed for as damaged and reported to Oasis Pool Products as soon as is practical following the delivery. To clarify what is required you are expected to sign for delivery of your goods in the correct way by stating OK, Missing Items, Damaged Items or Un-checked. Oasis Pool Products reserves the right to charge for the replacement of damaged or missing goods if you fail to notify such at the time of signing leaving us with no claim against our couriers, in addition delivery charges for any such replacements will also be added.
If any delivery attempt is made and fails the courier will leave you a card asking you to contact them and make alternative arrangements for a second attempt or telling you when and where to collect your package. If delivery fails a second time the package will be delivered back to Oasis Pool Products and you will be required to pay additional costs for the re-shipping of your items or in the event you no longer require the products we will refund your money less a minimum of £30.00 to cover our administration and costs.
Oasis Pool Products will only deliver products to the credit/debit card billing address. If you require your goods delivered to an alternative address to your card billing address, then you need to contact us at Oasis Pool Products to make special arrangement.
Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned, as far as is practicable, in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact Oasis Pool Products prior to making any such return and we will guide you through the process.
Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation but this "Cooling off" period does not apply to faulty or damaged goods. The goods, if practicable, should be in their original packaging and any security seals on the packaging must still be intact. You are however, liable for the cost and expense of returning goods and we advise you to use an insured method of carriage as damaged boxes will not be accepted or we can arrange collection using our appointed couriers but you would be liable to pay their rates of collection. If you wish to cancel an order please contact Oasis Pool Products and quote your order reference number and our operators will guide you through the process and confirm your rights and what is expected of you.
Any orders that are accepted for return after the seven day cooling off period will be at the discretion of Oasis Pool Products and we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of original shipping applied as a charge and also a further 20% restocking charge. All products must be unopened in their original packaging.
When you place an order with Oasis Pool Products, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, new products and special offers we think you'll find interesting. Please notify us if do not wish to receive any information.
As required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may also occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Oasis Pool Products does not pass your personal information to any other 3rd party. We may use the information to inform our customer base of any sales, special events and price alterations unless you instruct us otherwise.
